Delivery Estimate:

Delivery estimates range from 2 to 7 business days (Monday–Friday) depending on your location. This excludes weekends and Indian Public holidays. There might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control in certain scenarios like:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Unforeseen external events
  • Incorrect / Incomplete address, Phone number, or PIN code
  • Delivery was attempted but the recipient was unavailable.

Delivery Charges:

We offer free shipping to all our customers for delivery within India, irrespective of order value. For all international orders, please contact us and we will provide you a shipping quote.

COD (Cash on Delivery):

The option to pay for your order at the time of delivery (Cash On Delivery) is available only in selected pin codes within India. A COD handling fee of Rs. 50/- may be levied for all Cash on Delivery payment orders.
*Please note that Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of any Returns or Exchange.

Order Cancellation/ Modification/ Changes:

Once your order is processed and the products have been dispatched, we are unable to accept any cancellations, modifications, or changes. If you still insist on cancelling your order, a cancellation fee may be applicable.

Damaged or Tampered Package:
