Is Shipping Free?

We offer free shipping to all our customers for delivery within India, irrespective of order value. For all international orders, please contact us and we will provide you a shipping quote.

When will I receive my order?

Once we have received your order, it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order and the necessary tracking details. Depending on delivery location, you should get your order within 3-5 business days.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, go to ‘Track My Order’ at the bottom of our Website and enter the requisite details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods:

Please note that Cash on Delivery may not be available at all delivery locations and for all orders..

Is there a price limit on Cash on Delivery purchases?

The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery purchases is Rs. 5,000 and if you wish to shop for more than Rs. 5,000 you can use the prepaid option.

Why isn't Cash on Delivery (COD) a payment option to me?

Our courier partners may not be able to offer the Cash on Delivery service at a few locations or for certain orders. If you want delivery in one of these locations, you can still choose to prepay via Net Banking, UPI payments or by Debit or Credit Card.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We make it a priority to ship your order out at the earliest, because of which we aren’t able to make any changes to an order once it’s been processed.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery. However, requests for exchange or return will be entertained only once for each order.

In case of Returns, we offer refunds to the customer’s bank account or in the form of store credits.

How do I return/exchange my order?
You can place a request for Returns/Exchange through the link in the footer menu on the homepage. Mention the requisite details for the products you want to return/exchange. After approving your request, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Simply pack the products securely and hand them over to our courier partner.

How many times can I make a return/ exchange for an order?

We will be able to accommodate one return or exchange request per order. Multiple requests for the same order cannot be processed. Additional charges may apply if you wish to initiate more than one return or exchange.
